Bandit Tagger for PMMAIL for OS/2

Bandit Tagger is a tool to add taglines to your outgoing mail.
The taglines can be selected random or manually.
It is also enables you to change the X-Mailer line in the header section.
Bandit Tagger supports PM Mail 1.91+ from SouthSoft
